This is my first post and also my first laptop. I bought an XPS 17 and recently bought a solid state drive. I have alot of experience with desktops but am finding out that laptops have many subtle differences. I need to change the boot prioity in the bios but it wont let me. Does the Bios come locked buy Dell? I arrrow down to "CD" but it wont let me select it. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I have. I think I've tried pressing just about everything. Space, both enter's, +/- in both locations. Everything
