Hi, when my laptop (Dell l702x) finally arrived, I was really excited to boot it up. So I accidentally booted it without plugging it in. It wasnt until after I saw the sticker on the wrap that it said to plug it in. Will that cause any problems or anything at all?

If the battery didn't die (when the battery reaches 0%), then the battery should be fine because a dead battery won't be able to charge up to its original capacity.

It's fine- as of a year ago (probably still now) the manuals say something ridiculous like to plug in the laptop for 8 hours before you even turn it on. It's just Dell being silly.
