Wondering if there is a touch pad driver that will give me the ability to forward and back swipe web pages, on the touch pad itself.

    Thanks in advance.

I believe that is an issue with the Edge browser in Windows 10 more than a driver issue.

I am using Windows 7 with Chrome.

Normally, that should be a driver setting. Check in the touchpad settings for gestures, you should be able to set what a three finger flick does or something similar.

Windows 10 has built-in touchpad drivers for recent hardware IIRC, but for Windows 7 you should still need the touchpad manufacturer's driver and then be able to set gestures there.

I checked my mouse settings and there is no mention of anything related "gestures" or anything related to three finger actions.
I have been using the driver that is available on Dells website.

Should I be using a different one?

You can use an autohotkey script like this one to get two finger swipe:

Those are for Synaptics Touchpads, this is Microsoft Precision Touchpad. Different Hardware, different drivers.
