With the 6 cell battery and the specs in my sig, I get about 3.5 hours of battery life on power saver and the screen as dim as it can go.

6 Cell, undervolted T9300 @ 2.29Ghz, LED LCD @ 80% brightness, all wireless functions off except the AGN4965, 7200 RPM Samsung 250Gig HD powered down after 3 minutes = ~ 4 hours of light usage. According to RMclock the laptop is using around 12 - 14 watts with occasional spikes up to 18 - 19.

i have 6 cell, i get around 2:30 minutes with balanced mode, changing the settings like never letting ma laptop into sleep mode.

with normal usage like browsing, without listening to music, i get only 2 hours n 30 minutes.

Battery runtime is affected by much more than what power plan you are running on. Different CPU, RAM, HD and GPU will skew results. As well installed applications and more specifically background processes will also make a difference. And finally the charge cycle count and usage pattern on a battery is another factor.

So the gathered information would be anecdotal at best... ;)
