Let me rephrase the question... Has anyone used a Power bank of any kind for your Dell?
If so, how did it work out and what kind did you use?

The biggest difficulty is finding someone with an XPS L322X that has ran a Power bank. I ran a power bank with my XPS 9360 and my wife's Inspiron 7337 without issue, but both of those can charge with USB-C.

My question to you would be - what issues are you having?

No issues... I just fully charged the Dell power companion and will be trying it out soon after I get the new battery which had issues solved first.

I was just curious to see if anyone had used Dell Power Companion/bank to see how long it last and if there were any issues.

It'll really depend on your laptop for how long it lasts. I know I got several hours of extra run time with the backup battery.

Can you get these for laptops with traditional plugs and not USB c plugs?

I've used the PW7015L and I have used my lithium ion jump starter as well.

The difficult part about having a power companion with a barrel connector is the difference in voltages that laptops need. Dell sells them that will work with their laptops, but that doesn't translate to others. Thankfully USB-C standardizes the voltage.
