I tried to set my uber battery profile to lower the settings in powerplay from max performance to mx battery when the profile is enabled through through the power plan advanced settings for windows, but I checked with GPU-Z and it does bugger all. However if I change it through catalyst it changes the clocks like it should. The thing is that I thought it was supposed to be integrated into windows to change the catalyst settings.
I know I could always simply change it through catalyst but that would require effort if I always have to do that when I want a cool PC, I also don't want to just set the standard to max battery for when plugged in through catalyst because I also game. It's really a matter of human laziness really![]()
Is there any way to fix this so that windows can tell powerplay to change settings on specific power plans like it should have been able to in the first place?
