    Hi

I have a problem that CPU-Z shows my core speed flicker between 1200MHz - 2400MHz.
The multiplier is flicker between 6 and 12 even in idle and high load.
    Is there anyone experiencing this?
I set the Windows power option for CPU speed to be 100% when plugged in
(Both min and max at 100%) but it still going up and down all the time.

    The weird thing is when multiplier is 6 vcore = 1.325 , when it's 12 vcore = 1.250 !!!
    That doesn't make sense.

The effects of this flickering are:
---Stuttering when scroll down on long web pages
    ---Flash video stuttering

How do I fix this problem?
    Thank you all.

My laptop is M1330 with Intel T8300 CPU, Vista Home premium 64bit

Download and install RMClock, and the 64-bit Vista drivers for it. You can find the link in the Undervolting Guide thread in the Hardware/Aftermarket Upgrades forum here.

Using RMClock, you can manually disable certain multipliers to force your CPU to run at full capacity.
