    Hi,
    i just want to ask,if anyone else is having the same problem as I do.
    In Nvidia Control Panel the VLC media player was set to use Nvidia GPU,but when i try to play some video ,it ..i cant find the right word for it,sorry for my english,but..sometimes it is fine,but sometines i can see some lines across the video. but when i select Intel GPU it runs just fine. Is it just my problem? or is it related to Nvidia drivers??

    //im using L501x, i5-460m with Nvidia 420m

    i believe you mean the video flickers?
    ive read on other threads its a problem with the driver.
    try installing to the newest nvidia beta driver or the newest dell driver, see if it resolves your issue :)

    Thats funny. The flicker problem usually comes only with Flash. This is the first time I am hearing about it being a problem in VLC.
