For whatever reason, when I try to launch my webcam, the display screen just shows a gray wall instead of my picture. I have the latest drivers from Dell installed, and my webcam doesn't seem to work on either Vista Home Premium SP1 or the Windows 7 RC (yet it worked on both back in June). I have also tried running the webcam in compatibility mode to no avail. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
