I just got my m1330 in the mail, turned it on, and got a spanish version! The keyboard and Vista home premium are spanish version. I called US tech support and they said they could not service it because the service tag was under the latin america domain. Called latin america and they said I need to talk to US customer care. US customer care says return the computer, we will not provide you with a english vesion of vista.
No where in the computer description does it say that I was going to get a spanish version computer! Now i've wasted at least 5-10 hours with this crap and they don't even acknowledge their fault. I'm pretty pissed. This ever happen to anyone?

Hasn't happened to me, but I would think it would be easier for them to just send you the Vista DVD instead of having you return the thing. Have they offered an exchange for this?

I got mine off the Dell Canada website, so no problems here. I think you could have just gotten the M1330 off the US site with a coupon, save you tons of trouble.

Lol then learn spanish(not true
)jk.
**** is a hard situation... maybe reinstalling vista...
Well its like me, I got an english US version but I want it in english instead of spanish. -
Is the BIOS in spanish too? If the BIOS wasn't in english it could probably be easily fixed by sending out a new Vista DVD and keyboard.
Purchased m1330 from Dell US Outlet, got a Spanish Version!
