    Hi,
today i started to use my webcom but i noticed that the webcam led is not working, then the using yahoo or skype i only see black screen...even using webcam central also shows black screen.
I tried many solutions as uninstall and reinstall ( no use ).uninstall USB root hub in safe mode and reinstall in normal mode.

Did anyone face this problem before?

Yup, what you need to do is shutdown the computer fully ( not sleep ) and remove the battery. Leave it out for about 5 minutes, then plug it back in and your camera should be working again.
