on dell warranty site it says that i got 730 days of XPS Technical Support. (starts from 2012)

the problem is, on my past warranty which had complete care and your tech team, it had a separate line that said "Next Business Day Support" and provider: "BSC" which ultimately had the same days left as with the complete care and your tech team.

so is this "XPS Technical Support" exactly the same as the XPS Premium Support Service that is advertised in dell site?

Although it doesnt explicitly show me (in the list of my warranties) the next business day service that should start in 2012 along with the "XPS Technical Support," can i assume that the warranty includes next business day?

Thank you for your help in advance!

Pease post a screenshot of the 'warranty status' screen from the support.dell.com website.

    Mine:

This is what mine says. And, it should show something to the effect of NBD, etc.

    Please see this:

And, please post a screen shot of what yours shows...

i understand that there is supposed to be another entry for the next business day warranty, on top of the xps service... but in my cause of that 730 days left of xps service, there is no NBD entry to match that 730 days...

    what is this...

i'd call em up.. you ordered it as a service package right? i know they gave me the option to buy just the basic warranty and add other parts like accidental or whatever separately if i wanted.

could just be a simple mistake on Dell's end.

Defintely call Dell to confirm, but here are my 2 cents:

I'm pretty sure that the "XPS Technical Support" line item essentially ONLY covers your ability to phone in for phone support services related to the HW and SW that was on your Invoice.

From what I see, you have 1 year of phone support beyond the HW warranty coverage.

    Good Luck.
