I finally got Dell to agree to exchange my defective laptop. I am a little concerned because when I look at the warranty on my computer and on my wifes computer under "My systems and Peripherals" both of our systems now show warranties as expired. My wife should have about 5 months left on hers and I had 2 years plus 5 years of complete care.

My question is, should I be worried or will they sort it all out after the exchange is made?

it happens. your warranty date is re-applied after the exchange. if it doesn't show up, just call or chat and get them to fix it.
