This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    If you are still under warranty, see if you can access Dell Tech Support via live chat. The system, after over a month of telling me its busy, is now telling me my system is no longer supported by chat.

    I get the same thing... if I hadn't just received a Studio XPS as a replacement, I would be super mad.
