I used flipfires guide on undervolting and as of right now my settings in RMclock look like this.
6.0x .9000v
7.0x .9000v
8.0x .9125v
9.0x .9250v
10x .9000v
My CPU temps in HWmoniter are at 48c after 24mins running ORTHOS.
With the 10x multiplier the lowest I can set it to is .9000v, but I've seen people with .8500v or somewhere around there. Is how low I can undervolt it specific to my CPU? Also should I lower the other multipliers? Thanks!

anybody have any suggestions?

i think the 10x is only using one core any way... so it really is not a big deal, because i dont think it uses it often...

After the Pentium M's, Intel has locked the lowest voltage possible to idiot proof it. There is no way to bypass this. Only the T7500's can go down to .850v through SuperLFM
Btw you can set your 8x-9x to .900v . If you highest multiplier can tolerate .900v then any multiplier below it will.
Also the T8100 has a 10.5x (half) multiplier that RMclock cannot read which means it will downclock to 10x (200mhz FSB x 10 multiplier = 2.0ghz).
If only you had a T8300 which is the perfect chip to undervolt. -
That the "half-multiplier" doesn't work out of the box is a bug/feature of RMClock. I've described it in section "iii) Bugs in RMClock - Santa Rosa and M1530/M1330 specific" / "Bug #1 : 0.5x multipliers not working"

The solution is to enable IDA mode and your notebook will use 2,1GHz. Neither does IDA in general have anything to do with half multipliers, nor will RMClock display half multipliers after enabling IDA mode. However it works: Your notebook will use the 10,5x multiplier again.
I wouldn't undervolt the IDA mode - at least not a lot. Since I doubt you have a stability test of IDA mode to test your particular undervolting. -
Have you thought of making up a small table of optimal settings for the most
common Intel CPUs that work well with RMClock. It might save a lot of time
in helping newbies with their "lappys" ugh! -
