    Looking for R211337 file to update the firmware to DE17 from DE16 which I currently have for my HDD to resolve the clicking issue.
    Before anyone says anything like its not the firmware but maybe a faulty drive. Ran various scans and HDD is fine, my friend also has the same spec of laptop as mine and he has the DE17 firmware which dell support guy came out and installed it for him but cant transfer to this machine.

    So does anyone has this file for the DE17 firmware as I tried the support list from Dell's SATA list and its been taken off.
