My temperature at webbrowsing and idling is usually 36 degrees with my Zalman2000 at Balanced battery seeting. However, sometimes, sporadically, the cpu temps go up to 63 for a real quick moment (a second or less) and comes back to the late 30's. Normal? Something I should be concerned about? Thanks.

your fine. dont worry about it. your temps will change for a bit depending the load on the processor.

that's just HWmoniter playing up, even without a heatsink your CPU won't get that hot that quickly
