So if you have followed my system you know what I have gone through, if not just know that it's in the UPS system making its way back to Dell.

I'm planning on re-ordering either before or after I receive my refund, but before would only be possible if I can get my system down to ~2500.

My original system is below in my signature for $2453.00 (includes tax + shipping).

I'm ordering through my university with the i7-620M, 6GB ram, 256GB SSD, 1080P RGBLED, and it comes out to ~2500 on its own. Then about 2700 when the taxes and shipping are added which seems ridiculous because all that's really changed is the warranty. It comes with a 2 year (american) warranty instead of the 1 year limited warranty I had on the other system.

I was able to get the previous dell sales rep (us website - regular) to drop the price by 40 dollars.

Am I going to be able to get the EPP rep to give me a deeper discount due to all of the crap I have gone through with my previous laptop? (Order delays, screen replacement, improper screen replacement, inability to give me a system replacement, now being shipped back for full refund)

Get free next day business day shipping, and more than 40 dollars off Hopefully to get it down to 2500 including tax? Any ideas?

I got $550+ off on my original build using EPP.

I also used EPP to configure me replacement build that is on its way because the EPP site typically offers more options and combos than the regular site.
