Receive Brand New, Sealed XPS 15 from Dell UK outlet!!!

Thanks god! I cannot believe it. I ordered Dell xps15 from Dell outlet. First I received one but it is faulty. So I called them up and ask for replacement.

Today I receive the replacement one delivered by UPS. From tracking it's from China and shipped out on 29th July, but then was passed to Germany, then France...don't know why?

But when I see it first time with the postman, the box is original Dell laptop black box (Usually they will replace it in new brown box, right?) I was a bit surprised but still thought it's refurbished laptop. However when I was gonna open the box, I notice the box was sealed with original tape. When I open the box, I can see that everything is Brand new, not a refurbish laptop. I am so happy that they replace me with the new laptop. There are also recovery CD and software CD. I am really happy about it.

May be the laptop I bought has a very good configuration that they hardly get one from the customers who return it (it's i7 2820QM full HD). So they had to ordered me the new laptop instead of waiting for the same spec laptop from returned laptop.

 

From what I've read Dell do try and keep their customers happy so well played

 

Sometimes in Outlet they have previously ordered new, but it has to be sold via Outlet.
