hello, currently i. m looking in two ebay offers:
one is i5 +128gb (outlet new)
and second i7+256gb (Manufacturer refurbished) (200usd more)
the seller said about refurb item:
There might be small scratches, no dents.
is it safe offer? what is the worst refurb case may be?

Nobody here can tell you. We don't know what the items are, and we aren't selling them ourselves.
If you want to be absolutely safe, buy a refurbished directly from Dell Outlet. That way, you know WHO did the refurbishing job, and you know you have some kind of return policy & warranty if the item arrives and you are dissatisfied.

My 9550 is "certified manufactured refurbished" from eBay, and it is like brand new, unused. However, I bought one from another seller before this one. It was also manufactured refurbished. The laptop came looking a bit scratched on some edges and the HDMI port. It was like it was used carelessly. The fan also made clicking noise, so I opened it up and found out some screws were missing from the battery. Returned it and got my full refund. My current one, I specifically ask the seller about the condition and also tell them to test it before shipping. It's been good so far.
