Is that form necessary? Do owners need to register using that form? Is my laptop not already registered because they have all my details since I ordered it from them?
Anyone tried on-line Support chat? I entered my service tag (week-old laptop) and it said that chat was unavailable for that tag. Is that because I haven't completed the registration form?
