I have a new XPS 15 that I did a clean install of Windows 7 Pro. Now I want to find the Webcam Central software and when I go to the link provided here in a few other threads, I can't get past the "Examining your computer please wait. . ." page. The circle icon spins round and round but never goes on to the next page.
    Any suggestions?

Go to support.dell.com and punch in your service tag located on bottom of your laptop and download corresponding software there.

If anything that came with your laptop is not listed there you can always ask Dell for reinstallation media. You don't need to make up a story either. Just ask and they will usually send them to you. I made a request for a replacement drivers and applications disc and they also sent me a copy of the reinstallation media for both PowerDVD 9.6 (BluRay) and Roxio CD/DVD Burning 10.3. Note the latter I did not order with my laptop. I had opted out of the option but I got it none the less.

Oh and I now have a spare Windows 7 Home Premium disc. :p

Ahh now that I'm actually doing it myself, I see you are in the right place. Mine keeps spinning in the same place.
