Reminder-Intel disabled undervolting on 10th gen CPUs.
This was a great tweak to reduce throttling on thin laptops like the XPS. For some models, this was the highest performance tweak and reduced temps by ~7*c on my 9550.
So "upgrading" your undervolted laptop to a new plundervolt laptop may indeed be a "downgrade".

I heard about this too. But what I want to know is if you can adjust voltage on an HK processor. Surely you have to be able to adjust voltage to over/under clock an unlocked cpu? I get why they did this to the i7 10750h, but are voltage controls for the i9 10980hk also grayed out?
