I need to get the top cover of the laptop replaced.

The top cover i am talking about is the one above the aluminium row on the back of LCD.

Has anyone got it done ? Does it requires to get the LCD screen replaced ? or one can simple remove the top cover and put a new one ?

    Thanks.

I'm fairly certain that you would have to replace the wholw screen.
