May have seen the LED question in another thread. I just got my replacement m1530 yesterday. Upon waking it from sleep today, I got a blue screen while the logon screen was waiting for my password (only after like 10 seconds). Is this usual, bad, or random?

Also, I'm trying to make sure this has the LED screen, since it looks a bit different (maybe not as bright, but mostly not as white) as the original. I went to device manager > monitors > generic pnp monitor > details > hardware Ids, and all it says is MONITOR\CMO 1555, no mention of LED as another had said it would say. Is this just another generic wording for the LED or is it the Id of the non LED? Thanks for the help.

I'm pretty sure that's the Chi Mei Optronics LED screen.

Why post a new thread with the same question? The poster gave you the answer in the other thread, that you do indeed have the LED screen.

Also, the BSOD could just be caused by a driver issue.
