I'm currently replacing my mouse buttons on my touchpad and have run into a little problem. I don't know which thin connector wire goes into the B-slot on the touchpad. There is one that comes from the buttons and another attached to the palmrest. See attached. Also, as you can see, the metal part of the palm rest isn't touching the cooper part of the touchpad even though it was once taped on it. Will that be a problem?

Note that the wire coming from the buttons is not in the slot. It just looks like that in the picture.
