    Hi everyone,

    I currently own:

    XPS M1710 BLACK
    T2400 Core Duo
    1GB 667 MHZ Ram
    7900 GTX
    Bluetooth
60 Gb 7200 RPM hard drive
    17 " WUXGA (1920x1200)

I bought it last july, so about a year old~. I have the full complete care / come to home warranty on it for 3 years. So two years left on it. I am curious, what is the retail value of this laptop? There are very few cosmetic issues with the laptop, a few minor knicks but there are no noticable scratches on it.

I just want to know what someone would be willing to pay for it in general, even if you weren't interested, pretend you were and how much would you offer for it? My goal is that it is worth at least 2000~ because I would love to buy a new dell laptop (These new ones are soooo nice) and 2000 would get me quite a bit of value. Anyways, your responses are appreciated, thanks!

I would offer $1300 max for it.

If you have a 2ghz CPU and 2gb of RAM I would offer $1500 max.

Well, i think 2000 is a bit too much...i would give you 1400 probably and I'm honest considering the fact that one can get good deals out of the current inspirons and vostros for example.
