I performed a clean install of Windows 7 64bit on my L702x and installed all the drivers as instructed by the Dell website. Everything seems fine and there are were no yellow exclamation marks in device manager..... however that was until I put a SD card in just now. Now I have 3 x Base System Device exclamation marks waiting for drivers.

I downloaded all the relevant drivers for the L702x and they are installed. I would have thought the chipset driver would have installed drivers for the SD card but it seems not. I have a feeling I require some Ricoh Card Reader drivers but I'm not sure which one will work. There is nothing regarding Ricoh on the L702x driver download page :( so I'm not sure.

Anyone know which I need to get?

ok ok problem solved. I found the J-Micron JMB389 Cardreader drivers on the Dell DVD. These drivers seem to be the only ones missing from the Dell website for the L702x :(

nevermind, it's fixed the problem :D
