    I didn't, but it's available on the Dell download page if you want to download it. You will have to use Internet Explorer to make the website work.

    there unable to help and wont send me a CD they go download it from roxio website! what good is a trial version when i've got the paid version! stupied bunch of idiots!

    You can tell them to send you the cd! tell them you forgot the dell downlaod password and that your system came with it... tell them to check your systems info,,, and they will send you a cd! they sent me power dvd player and its not on the smart source website even tho I had it preinstalled. If your not getting what you need from technical support make sure to start yelling
