I see that I am able to run it according to this crucial site is there going to be an improvement performance wise (I.e. Gaming, etc.) over DDR3 PC3-8500 because I want to buy some(thinking of going 8 gig)

It won't run at 1333MHz. 45-Series chipsets won't run memory faster than 1066MHz. You might get slightly lower latency at 1066MHz with your new memory, but the benefits are simply nonexistent compared to whatever benefits you may reap from going to 8GB.
