I've noticed that the little rubber pads on the palm rest are leaving marks on my screen that don't really come off. I've used a microfiber cloth and they are still there.

Anyone else getting these? Kind of a crappy design, unless this is an isolated case.

I get them, though a little wiping with a microfiber cloth works for me. Of course if you close it again, the marks will reappear but I never get anything permanent. You pushing hard enough? (not so hard as to damage anything)

I also get the marks- if I scratch lightly with a fingernail and then use the microfiber cloth they come right off, but the microfiber cloth itself won't do much in my case (usually the marks build up for weeks before I care- can only see the marks in certain lighting).

I have a screen protector/cloth from ShaggyMac and have used it since day 1, placing it between the screen and the keyboard any time I close the laptop. Not a mark, scratch, or anything on the screen.
