    S-video tv out nor working. Help!

    Hi guys,

    I need your expertise. I looked everywhere and I could not find any working solution.

    I have a Nvidia 8400M Geforce running vista 32. I tried get a display on the TV , but no luck so far.

    I want to specify that the cable works fine with my old dell inspiron 5100. With my xps 1530 , it does not see that the tv is connected. when I force to connect it says it could not find it. and it gives me the HDTV option instead of the TV option. I does flickers for a split second and go back to the laptop display.

    I upgraded the driver, but still no luck. I am not quite sure what else to do. I attached the picture of the cable.

    Any advice, this is driving me crazy.
