    SAVE $100.00 or more on the XPS 1730

    order it at one of the Dell Direct stores.

    They have a $100.00 coupon for orders over $2000.00.

    if you use the 3599 system use the 3%, you save 107.97 e code 6f934-dyccmk2

    if you use the 4499 system use the 3%, you save 134.97 e code 6f934-dyccmk3

    That 3% Dell Card means your credit will take a hard check and your credit rating will drop, mostly not worth signing up for that card as it's important to keep a good credit score for potential larger loans you might want in the future. Such as a house :cool: Best to go with the $100 off, even if it's less percent wise.

    you can still save the $100.00 if you use your credit card.

    the 3% may not be much but it does save you more on the other units & the sometimes have DOUBLE COUPONS from time to time.

    The m9750 is cheaper, lighter and has a faster GPU than the XPS 1730... The 8700 has great shading power but the 128bit bus cripples, and thats literal, in fact it's got 3 times the shading power than the 7950GTX but it's still slower...

    To Phritz

    But Dell promises a upgrade when the 8800 cards are out
    Also Dell has a better processor x7900 than any in Sager or Cleo 7800 i have seen
    Worst part in them is all have same body diff name & layout SUCKS cos all usb ports on same side
    While Dell layout is better & has a small LCD on top for gaming soooo KOOL
    all im saying is looks do matter YES if the diff is ALOT in speed I wont go for look But here its not much & is upgradble
    so wht do others think ?

    @LordVader
    There won't be any 8800 cards, just the 8700GTX, Clevo and Alienware will have MORE upgradeability since they use standard MXM slots
    The Clevo D900 uses desktop processors which are faster than mobile processors period.
    That lil LCD is just a gimmick.
