Do I need anything special for installation? Does it come with everything needed to install?

I've never had one before and wondering if I need to get anything extra, or if they are the same size as a normal HD?

Any recommendations for at least a 250gb capacity?

And is this what I need? Seems like a decent deal, but it says it's a hybrid SSD. What does this mean?

Depends on your budget. Personally, I would spring for the full-on SSD if you have the cash, but if you don't this is a good way to spend that money burning a hole in your pocket. In other words, I don't think this hybrid drive is worth the money because it only comes with 4 GB of SS storage. If I could design one, I'd put Windows on the SSD part of it and my files in the mechanical part. Anyway, basically (I think) it puts your most accessed files in the SS storage part and everything else on the mechanical drive.

DO NOT get that drive! It has MAJOR issues with Windows 7. If you enjoy blue screens then buy it, otherwise stay away!
