Just checked the download site today, and they've finally posted up windows 7 drivers! About time Dell!

Also seems to be a new/refined look to it.

Anyways.. looks like it might be time to reformat for these new drivers.. :D

Only some of the drivers are posted. Critical ones like the graphics driver are still missing. The 14z which has the same 9400m got its windows 7 graphics driver a week ago. Unfortunately that driver doesn't install on this laptop. Wish they'd hurry up with the graphics driver.

Why can't you just download the Windows 7 driver from nVidia? Works fine in my testing.

As reported many times, the nvidia driver doesn't install - it will throw up an error about how the hardware is not supported. Nvidia's web site directs users to the OEM for drivers.

Strange, it looks like the latest 186.81 version does now install on this laptop. The release from August would not.

I note that the HDMI driver that comes from dell is newer than the HDMI driver that comes from nvidia in the 186.81 bundle, so watch out. Others report dpc latency problems with the nvidia provided hdmi driver.

Now we just need updated windows 7 bluetooth & ricoh SD card drivers.

Other than including an older hdmi audio driver that screws up dpc latency...
