Hi Friends
I was just configuring SXPS 16 but confused with the graphics options. There are 2 option to choose eith 512 MB RADEON® HD 3670, or 1 GB RADEON HD 4670.
Then I searched for the HD 3670, and its not in main stream of ATI's production ( http://www.amd.com/uk/products/note...ility-hd-3000/Pages/ati-mobility-hd-3000.aspx) and in mobility section also conflicts with the memory size ( http://products.amd.com/en-us/MobilityGPUResult.aspx )
How this can be possible ? is the card really out dated ???
Thank you

no its not. you find Catalyst drivers on both dell.com or ati.com.
about games with 3670, i recorded a little crysis-video..........played in High settings + 1280x800.....overall, games works better with new A10 BIOS

(quite bad camera, so the quality is so so) -
What I was thinking that, if the card is not listed in mainstream cards of ATI, then it must be outdated h/w, not current hot topic hardware -

If you got the money, I can only recommend you the 4670. A great card.

It's not outdated.

It's based on a mainstream ATI core. The exact product won't show up on ATI as the full product is determined by the OEM. -
What do you mean by "outdated".
If you mean "end of life" or not produced any more: I don't know if it is outdated.
If you just compare it with the 4670: yes you could consider it as being outdated. The 4670 is newer, more powerful, has UVD2, better AA performance,...
