Anyone notice any difference going from A10 to A11 on an SXPS 1640?
Also, do BIOS updates have to be incremental? Can I say go from A10 to A14 when it's out, or I must go A10, 11, 12, 13, 14?

You can definitely skip BIOS updates and jump from A10 to A14 (for example).

A11 bios fixed an issue that i had with brightness being all the way down at start up whch was annoying and boot time i think

Yeah that annoying brightness bug is gone that got to me lol. I generally update to every version. It's not like when building a pc yourself, and a BIOS update fixes things for certain hardware that may not be installed... Like an update for 45nm CPU's when you might have a 65nm CPU installed.
These updates are specifically for this 1 system. So it's generally best to update as updates come out. -
Updates are generally good for performance and improving how things work together. In this case, the BIOS update A11 was released to improve two things:
You will usually have a "change" log if you click the updates hyperlink name (to the left of download button).
