SXPS 16 Custom Skin Mockups

So, I discovered yesterday that it's quite easy to micro scratches on the back of the LCD lid. Well, I decided I better find a skin or something to put on the back of it.

I also considered putting a protective coat of car wax on it but that seemed like a messy proposition. I don't like Zagg skins because I bought one for my Evo and it gets really tacky and sticky and the edges get dirt on them making it look ugly, plus they wanted $40 for each skin.

After Googling, I found a site that has skins for only $20 ( www.uniqueskins.com) At first I thought about getting a solid color to keep it simple but since full color printing is the same cost, but after looking at what they offered, I didn't like ANY of their designs. So, I ended up creating some mockups of designs that suit my needs (somewhat professional looking, yet somewhat slick & unique too).

Which one do you prefer? Please vote! If you think they're all ugly as crap, please let me know too haha!

That's a nice set of pics. I voted for the green one (#8). The only improvement I could recommend would be if it was possible to cover both sections of the laptop instead of just the top (not sure if that is a possibility).

The only ones I don't like are the 2 brown wood ones.

You mean cover the "metal" trim and leather trim? I think the uniqueskins.com skin covers everything except the leather trim. I kinda like the metal part showing so I'm planning trim it so the metal trim shows.

OIC.. that's the leather spot, I was wondering why it looked funky (I have the regular finish). At first I was thinking cover that leather area and leave the metal area in the middle the way it is, but covering leather may be a bad idea and if the skins don't cover that area, then nevermind- still looks good anyway.
