My SPXS 16 will not charge to 100% unless I have it turned on. When it's turned off and charging, the lights on the hinge of the screen will go off, meaning it's fully charged, but it's only charged to about 90% when I turn it on. I'm assuming this is happening because the battery is not calibrated with the BIOS correctly. Anyone know how to fix this?

Has anyone had this problem before? There's no way I'm the only one having this problem. I tried flashing the BIOS again, but that didn't work. I'd appreciate it if someone could chime in.

Can anyone help me with this? Is there a certain way to calibrate the battery with the BIOS? This issue is driving me up the wall!

Anybody??? I posted a thread about this on the Dell forum a few days ago and I've gotten no replies. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me figure this out.

Tried taking battery out, turning the computer on (WITHOUT BATTERY), and then shutting down and putting the battery back in?

Be very careful when you use it without the battery; one slip of the cable and your laptop shuts down instantly.

P.S. Honestly, I don't know how safe this is, but it looks like it is worth a shot.
