    Does such software exist where SXPS 16 users can use the webcam to take pictures and record video and add special effects?

    I already had it installed on mine. you can do all those things.

    There must be a setting to remove it as I don't own nor use this model laptop I can't help as such. Or you may want to try another webcam software if you have no luck removing watermark.

    There have been some claims that the webcam software from the M1330/M1530 XPS along with drivers did recover SXPS units
