Heya guys. I originally purchased my sxps 1640 with a 3 year complete cover warranty in Malaysia and am now in my 2nd year with the laptop.
I've completed an international warranty transfer to the UK so I would need to contact dell UK customer care for issues etc. The problem is that when I access my warranty status under dell uk's website, it states that it has no warranties tied to it! Anyone went through the warranty transfer process before?
I'm also trying to avoid calling up dell's non-geographic number as it costs a bomb.
