Since yesterday, my 4670 core clock is stuck at 400 MHz and gpu load is 0% in games(MOH, Black Ops, F12010). The fan isnt spinning loudly anymore during gaming. The result, frames drop to 15.
default clock should be 675 Mhz.
Im on bios A12 with 130w adaptor.

also make sure that in the advanced settings of your current power plan the
PCI Express -> Link state power management is OFF
and
ATI Graphics Power Settings -> ATI PowerPlay Settings is Maximum Performance.
you can also try reinstalling the Graphics Driver. Hope it helps. -
also, make sure that you have your Windows Power Plan set to Balanced or High Performance.
MS Power Saver mode may be setting your ATI PowerPlay to Battery Optimized.
