I have a Dell XPS 15 9550 and the screen is always max brightness every time I boot up and login, regardless of my actual brightness setting. Is there a fix?

Found this annoying as well. Fixed via a BIOS setting...

Sorry, thought it was obvious. Boot into BIOS by slowly tapping F2 key. Settings --> Video --> LCD Brightness. I have 01.00.07 BIOS.
