    Hello...

Just wanted a general idea on which is better as far as a better looking screen.

First option- is the High Resolution, glossy widescreen 15.4 inch LCD(1440x900)

Second option-High Resolution, glossy widescreen 15.4 inch LED LCD (1440x900

Also i heard in other threads that the sound in the XPS1530 was not that good but i was wondering can you just fix that by adding some portable speakers such as logitech which have there on volume. Also is it uncomfortable to type with the head-phone jack and microphone jack being in the front?

Thanks again for the help and sorry for the questions. Adrian

LEDs are supposed to be brighter and energy efficient, but the difference is minimal however.

The speakers are average on the M1530 and can be fixed by using Logitech speakers. Why would the headphone and microphone jacks affect your typing?

I have an LED screen in my M1330 and must say that the color rendition and brightness are really great. Not only that they save battery life and is thinner. No negatives just positives.

go LED. The brightness (i have a friend with both the 1920x1200 and 1400x900 normal screen) is dramatically better then both the non-led screens.
