    Screen crashed i think

    I just downloaded avast and it did a scan then it turnedmy laptop off. i hit the power button but the screen was still black. i heard the start up sounds and i swiped my fingure to login and it made the login sound but still the screen was blank. i tried to turn it on and off but it wasn't doing anything so i took the battery out and put it back in and the screen finally came back on. this happen to anyone?

    try to observe the notebook first for a couple of days...
    maybe its just a glitch that will not happen agen...

    if it happens again, call dell for support. you might have a broken backlight or loose wiring

    Yeah, keep an eye on it. It might have been just a rare occurrence or it could be a sign that something is going bad.
