well it may be due to multiple reasons
1.May be the browser has the problem(to chk this ,open up my music in your computer where you need to scroll down(due to many files) ,then see if it stutters,if its not,,its the browser)
2.May be you processor is maxing out,,see the tak manager while scrolling!
3.Connect a USB external mouse and check the scrolling,,if it ters, then your touchpad's fine!
4.Your touchpad may be the problem.

It's not the touchpad, cause I used a mouse and sidebar scrolling..
My processor is not maxed out at all, only running 10%..

Check this vid: here you can see it really: YouTube - capture 11111

I installed all the drivers again..
Note that the scrolling lags when the zoom is on 120%

    What can be the problem?

On the wheel tab of the mouse properties, try setting the number of scroll lines to 1 (default is three).

What other browsers have you tried in order to narrow the problem down?

Does the problem exist on pages without flash?

I don't have my laptop yet to test the same way you are. I tried with just the scrollwheel on the mouse, and FireFox 3.6 was noticeably slower scrolling when I zoomed in one level using ctrl + wheeldown. Chrome and IE9 didn't appear to be affected

I tested on the site you suggested: Tv-gids op Zita - gratis online tv-gids met alle tv-programma's

Are you using ctrl + wheeldown to zoom, or how are you zooming?

I'm just zooming in with the multitouch. But strange that, when zoomed in on 120%, the scrolling stutters heavily.. Is this normal?

This. It's cause each virtual wheel scrolls more than 1line so it looks choppy. Adjust it to your like.
