Just went past the 21 day return window and IRS delivered some unpaid tax bills from last year so I can pretty much say goodbye to my tax refund for this year  :(. I bought this on my DPA card and I was hoping to pay it off from my 08 tax refund which is not happening anymore (well..just a little).

I can't return it to Dell anymore so I'm thinking of Ebaying it. Here are my specs. Since this laptop is still new, I have the original packaging+CD, etc. How much do you guys think I can get out of this?

BTW, I have the 720p LED screen with 2 year extended home warranty since I was planning on keeping this baby for a while :-(.

Thanks...I'll try uploading the bid with some pictures tonight. Maybe if things get better in the future, I'll probably end up getting this again.

Put this up on Ebay tonight with a starting price of $800 ..is this too high or should I drop this to get more interest?

BTW, it was very emotional for me to pack this up tonight after owning it for 3 weeks and it became our "kitchen laptop" for me and the wife during the duration. I packed it as its working great and I don't want to risk breaking it prior to selling!! Safer place would be in the original box.

Life sucks but well........hopefully I break even or close to it so I can at least pay off my DPA card and call it a day.

I suggest you start at a low price when you sell it on ebay...start it at 299 with 5 days listing. You should expect it to sell for around 900-1k1. Believe it or not, the term "used" makes all the difference in the world :) good luck

Thanks Cin....I read the rules and it appears it requires a real photo with my username. I'm at work right now so will take a pic and post in that section tonight when I get back home..

    Thanks again.

Cool! All you have to do is write your user ID on a piece of paper, snap a photo with it placed on/near your lappy..and get your thread started with the necessary information. :D

I will keep my eye out for your thread in The Marketplace!

You'll prob have better luck on ebay/craigslist than here
to be fair, the $1200 price is prob too high on these forums.
Not to mention for 1200 + tax you can get a better spec-ed one from Bestbuy, just without the extra yr warranty
    Good luck man!
