I just got my dispatch and case number with Purolator so that they would come and pickup my laptop, and I would like to know if anyone did this before and how much time it took them to return the laptop (also did they format anything from the HDD ? )

I'd make an image of your HDD, or take it out before sending the unit. They probably won't format it in this case - but it happens, and they are pretty liberal about it.
