    The DHL tracking website says my xps box weighs 13 pounds. Does anyone remember what their box weighed? I just so anxious to get my new Dell and was wondering if they sent me the previously included extras (ear buds, sleeve and cloth) because the xp is only 5.9 pounds. I would think the cardboard box and included software would be around 3 pounds. I guess this is all wishful thinking. LOL

    thats about how much mine weighed and I got no extras at all.

    Mine said 18 lbs and I did not receive any extras except for a staples coupon book with $350 in EXPIRED!! coupons. I ordered mine on 9-15 and it did not ship until 10-03 and the coupons expired on 9-30!! My system also had some cosmetic flaws so I had to call them to ship me another one which should arrive tomorrow but that one only says 13 lbs. I also found a much better deal on the EPP site and will probably be returning both units.

    yeah, almost positive it was around 13 lbs with no extras except for the leather cd case

    heh yea i got the same crappy expired coupons and when i asked dell about it they pretty much said tough ****. But yea mine was around that weight too with no extras not even a cd case

    I called them today about the coupons and they gave me a $100 coupon towards my next purchase, so definetly call them back, I was bounced around 5 times before I got it but hey $100 is $100 and expired coupons are not acceptable!!

    seriously? they gave you a dell coupon for 100 dollars or a staples one? yea when i asked about it they said to talk to staples cause it was their coupon and i was like well you issued it not them and they stopped responding to me. I was doing it through email tho. When i got the coupons they hadnt expired yet but they were going to in like 3 days which i still thought was bad.

    Hey Cin, I havent called back yet but they sent me a survey to take and if they care what their customers say in the surveys I should be getting a call or an email soon. Oh and I decided to keep the replacement, I compared the 2 side by side and the lg screen does look better. I alo opened up the back of both of them to check for the copper that an earlier post was mentioning but neither of the 2 are all copper, is this a big deal?

    o wow i guess ill call and try the same, i was gonna just give up on the coupon since i figured it was a pointless fight but if i can possibly get that its totally worth the trouble
