Well, now that my m1330 is going to be my main computer (and by main i mean only) im thinking if i should ditch it and just get something else.

I diddnt do my research before buying it, so now im worried that it may die on me...

what do you guys think? ebay it (my guess $600) and just try to find something else (idk what $800 can do for a person needing a 13in though)?
    Just want opinions. Thanks!

Hey, it total depends on what you need out of it. Your specs ain't bad, so I can't see how it wouldn't work for regular usage for another 12 months. Due to the awesome CopperMod, I guess you can't send it in for a RMA due to a gpu/mobo failure. But, since you have modded it, you may get a bit more on ebay then look at a Lenovo/other for you 13" solution. If you ebay it, once the new tech breaks next quarter, some of prices for this generation may bump down and you can find something that is less prone to failures. IDK, I like the ebay idea :)

I'm sort of considering selling mine and buying something else too, but just haven't found a good fit yet. A Lenovo ThinkPad T400 has been probably the most interesting to me though. I just wish the battery didn't stick out. :p

Very true. See if you can sell it for a bit above market price and leave it up to the eBay gods to see what happens. Maybe a refurb studio would work as your next laptop.

Studio might be good. I posted a 20% off coupon in the Dell Outlet thread, with one of those you can get a pretty good deal.

Warranty is also the main reason I'm considering selling. I figure I can probably get more for mine while it's still got a few months warranty on it.

Sounds like you had good luck with Craigslist, have you considered that instead of eBay?

One think I'm curious about is MSI's new budget 13.3 inch laptop coming in January. If it has a Intel Atom CPU though might not be good for a main computer.

you know that you get an extended one year warranty
you can also, in my opinion, negotiate for a better warranty. id obut you can sell a computer for much without warranty htese days.

I'd keep it because you will have to pay considerably more for a new notebook to replace it if you want the same size.
